We are checking fulfillment coverage, shipping charges, processing times, and transit estimates with our suppliers. Confirmed delivery options and charges will be shown before purchasing is enabled.
Processing and transit are different
Processing covers preparation before dispatch. Transit begins after the carrier receives the parcel. We will show these separately once the exact product and shipping service are confirmed.
Tracking and split shipments
Confirmed tracking arrangements and any split-shipment details will be explained before ordering. Products dispatched by different suppliers may arrive separately.
Returns and order issues
Return eligibility, the return window, return-shipping costs, and the process for damaged or incorrect items will be published before launch. Please contact us if you have a question while the collection is being prepared.
